Effective 16 October 2026 · Android package com.track360.app
eTechWorks operates Track 360°, an app for organizing goals, planning work and tracking focus. Contact support@etechworks.com for support or privacy requests.
Your records
Projects, tasks, completion, saved focus sessions, notes, flashcards, reviews and schedules are stored in SQLite on your device. Paid users can opt into cloud sync; it uploads these records to their own Firestore workspace and syncs while the app is open. Free users have no workspace cloud sync. Unfinished timers, drafts and device preferences stay local. The ready-made catalogue checks its revision after sign-in at most once daily, or when you choose Refresh. Its list is cached in SQLite. Full course structures download on first preview and are kept for offline use; updates to already saved courses download before replacing their catalogue version. Imported projects remain independent copies.
Local business records, exported backups and unfinished note drafts are not encrypted by Track 360°. Device protection and exported files remain under your control. Removing app data or uninstalling may remove local records. Signing out retains records for the same account. Recovery and retry records can retain older versions of edited or deleted content until app data is removed; removing an item is not secure erasure.
Accounts and purchases
A Google or email/password account is required. Firebase Authentication handles credentials and verification. Our dedicated service stores account identity, email, optional profile display name, sign-in provider and registration/setup metadata. Firebase Authentication also processes IP addresses and app/device user-agent metadata for account security, abuse prevention and service operation. Signing in alone does not enable workspace sync or Drive backup. A one-time offer on the first paid sign-in on a device and an offer following a verified purchase let you enable workspace sync; Settings controls it later. Previously registered sessions can access their own records offline.
Google Play processes payments. Store purchase receipts and tokens are verified by our backend to provide entitlements and monthly AI credits. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Usage and retry receipts prevent duplicate charges and enforce the paid allowance.
Permissions and sharing
Notifications support your user-started focus timer when permitted. File selection uses only the file you choose; exporting opens your device share sheet. Track 360° does not read SMS, other apps’ notifications or accessibility data. Selecting a recipient discloses the exported content to that recipient and their service. Hosted template links upload only hierarchy snapshots. Anyone with a link can download it until its seven-day expiry or revocation; downloaded copies remain with recipients.
AI and connected services
The optional external-AI import helper copies a topic-based prompt to your device clipboard for Free and paid users. Its topic and JSON draft are stored locally. It makes no Track 360° AI request and uses no Track 360° AI credit. You choose whether to open an external AI app and paste the prompt there; that service’s account, usage limits and privacy terms apply. Free includes one complete course project. Additional template projects require Premium. Extra manual projects can be unlocked one at a time by watching a video. Your existing records are retained.
Account services use Google Firebase, Firestore and Cloud Run over HTTPS. When you choose integrated AI generation, the entered topic name, template instructions and destination type are sent to our backend and configured AI provider, currently Ollama Cloud. OpenRouter is a configured alternative; there is no automatic cross-provider fallback. Existing goals, notes, cards and sessions are not included in that AI request. The backend retains requests, results, usage and retry receipts. Results stop being available after seven days; request metadata and the topic remain for replay protection. Physical cleanup and receipt retention are separate. The provider’s privacy and security retention policies also apply. Review generated information for accuracy.
Connecting Google Drive separately requests only the private Track 360° app folder. Manual backups upload ordinary unencrypted workspace files. Automatic backup is opt-in and runs at most once daily while the app is open. Drive files remain after local disconnect. Widgets keep a local summary cache and are hidden on sign-out.
Advertising and privacy choices
Free shows labelled banner and native ads through Unity LevelPlay and Meta Audience Network. Premium is ad-free. Optional completed videos unlock one extra manual project, new card, root section or external prompt copy. Age choices stay on this device; under-13 ads are blocked. Networks use their privacy settings and existing consent signals and may process advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device, network, interaction and diagnostic information. Account email, projects, course text, notes, cards and AI topics are not sent in our ad requests. Local rewards are account-bound, expire after 30 days, and are not backed up or synced. Ads are hidden offline, during focus or editing, and when eligibility is unknown.
Earlier app versions use Google AdMob banners and native ads with Google privacy controls, non-personalized requests, restricted under-age-of-consent treatment and a general-audience content rating. Google may process advertising identifiers, device/network details, approximate IP-based location, ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising and fraud prevention. See Google’s privacy policy.
Provider privacy policies: Unity and Meta. Track 360° is intended for users aged 13 and over. Age selection does not replace consent or other legal requirements.
Retention, security and your choices
Local records, interrupted drafts, cached exports and recovery copies remain until you remove them or app data. A restore keeps a previous-workspace copy locally. Account registration and synced workspace data may remain after sign-out, disabling sync or uninstall. Current cloud snapshots remain until replacement or a deletion request. Superseded snapshots are accessible for seven days; unfinished upload stages expire after 24 hours. Firestore TTL cleanup is asynchronous, so expired bytes may remain longer before physical deletion.
Network services use HTTPS, account ownership checks and server-side access controls. These protections do not turn local records or exported archives into application-encrypted files. Service logs may contain request/operational metadata used to operate and diagnose the service. We do not sell your project or study records or use them for advertising.
You can request account access, correction or deletion at support@etechworks.com. Identity verification may be required. See the deletion instructions for the request process and retained copies. Deletion is not automatic on sign-out. Exported files and copies held by recipients remain in their chosen destinations.
