Delete your Study360 account
For the Study360 Android app, package com.etech.study360.
Delete directly in the app
- Open Study360 and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open More → Privacy & account.
- Select Delete account, read the confirmation and confirm your choice.
- If asked, sign in again to confirm account ownership, then repeat the deletion action.
Deletion needs an internet connection. If it fails, keep the account signed in and try again, or contact support. Clearing planner data or uninstalling the app alone does not delete the cloud account. If you have a Google Play subscription, cancel it separately in Google Play; account deletion does not cancel billing. Disconnect exported calendar events first if you want Study360 to remove its own external calendar copies.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@etechworks.com with the subject Study360 account deletion request. Send it from the email address registered to the account, and state that you want the Study360 account and its planner data deleted. If you cannot access that address, explain this so support can discuss verification.
We must verify ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password, verification codes, identity documents or payment details. This support route is handled manually by EtechWorks; sending an email does not itself delete the account.
What is deleted
- Your Study360 Firebase Authentication account and sign-in record.
- Local documents on the device where in-app account deletion completes. Documents on other offline devices remain local until removed there or the app is cleared/uninstalled.
- Your cloud planner records, including subjects, classes, tasks, exams, notes, terms, holidays, focus history and synced planner settings.
- Cloud mutation records, subscription records and temporary AI jobs associated with the planner. A minimal hashed purchase-ownership receipt may be retained to prevent purchase reuse; it contains no planner content.
What may remain
A minimal technical deletion marker is retained to block late requests from restoring deleted cloud data; it contains no planner content. Hosting service logs are handled under the provider's retention controls. Files you exported or shared remain wherever you saved or sent them. Offline devices may retain a local copy until their session is cleared or the app is removed.
