Delete your Budget360 account and data
This page is for Budget 360: Plan Your Spending (Budget360), package com.etech.budget360, operated by eTechWorks. You can request deletion without reinstalling the app.
Request account and associated data deletion
Email support@etechworks.com from your registered email address with the subject “Budget360 account deletion”. State that you want your Budget360 account and associated server data deleted. Do not attach statements, passwords, identity documents or payment card details. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing.
What is covered
A verified request covers your Firebase Authentication account, Budget360 user and subscription-status records, encrypted purchase receipts and associated purchase claims, synced profile/financial records, sync checkpoints and receipts, device notification registrations and remaining temporary statement-recognition jobs and content. Financial records are not retained merely because you uninstall. Our support team coordinates deletion; this is not an automated instant deletion endpoint.
Local files and subscriptions
Original statements and exported backups remain in device folders you control. Delete those files yourself if you want them removed; they are not uploaded by record sync. Remove local app data after exporting anything you need. If you have an active Google Play subscription, cancel it in Google Play to stop renewals; account deletion does not itself cancel store billing. Purchases are verified by the Budget360 server; deleting the app or account does not cancel Google Play renewals.
Processing and retention
We acknowledge your request and explain identity checks and expected completion. No fixed or instant deletion deadline is promised. Any data retained to meet a specific legal or security obligation will be identified with its purpose and retention period in our response. Infrastructure backup copies may take longer to expire. Contact support for status or to request deletion of synced data while retaining your account.

Suppression du compte et des données
Envoyez votre demande de suppression du compte Budget360 et des données serveur associées à support@etechworks.com depuis votre adresse inscrite. N’envoyez pas de relevés ni de mots de passe. Une vérification de propriété peut être nécessaire. Les originaux et sauvegardes locales restent sur votre appareil. Annulez tout abonnement directement dans Google Play.
