1. Agreement and operator
These terms govern your use of Budget360, operated by eTechWorks. By selecting Accept and continue, you agree to this version. Use the app only if you can enter into this agreement under applicable law, or with the permission of a parent or guardian where required. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected.
2. Personal-finance tool
Budget360 helps you record transactions, manage accounts, plan budgets and review statements. It is not a bank, payment service, custodian, lender or investment adviser. It does not move money or execute trades. Information and calculations are for organization and general information, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Obtain qualified advice when needed.
3. Your records and responsibility
You retain rights to the records and documents you provide. You must have permission to use them, enter accurate information and review amounts, dates, accounts, currencies and categories before confirming changes. Keep device access, account credentials and backup passwords secure. Do not upload another person’s data without authorization or use the app unlawfully.
4. Imports and AI assistance
PDF, CSV, image and camera imports use AI and may omit, duplicate or misinterpret transactions. Results are editable drafts. Check amounts, dates, currencies, classifications and completeness against the original document before saving. Selecting Process transactions starts AI processing of that source. Previewing or accepting these terms alone does not start it.
5. Currency conversions
Exchange rates from external providers are indicative and may be delayed, unavailable or different from your bank’s rates. Fees and spreads may not be included. Review the original amount, converted amount, rate and rate date before confirming a conversion. Do not rely on displayed rates as a guaranteed trading or settlement price.
6. Storage, privacy and permissions
Private financial records are stored in an encrypted ledger on your device. Registration and sign-in are required and create an account and subscription-status record; they do not by themselves upload your financial ledger. If connected features become available, they require separate choices and explain what is sent, where it is processed and relevant retention. Camera, notifications and other device permissions are optional for their respective features. Terms acceptance does not grant them. No security measure eliminates every risk.
7. Backups and availability
Keep your own secure backups and verify that they can be restored. Device loss, uninstalling, lost keys or passwords, corruption and interrupted operations may make local data inaccessible. Export or back up needed records before removing the app. Features depend on device, operating system and network availability; uninterrupted access and compatibility with every bank statement are not guaranteed.
8. License and acceptable use
eTechWorks grants you a limited, nonexclusive license to use the app for its intended purposes. Budget360 branding and software remain the property of their respective owners. Do not compromise security, access accounts without permission, distribute malicious content or resell the service without authorization. Restrictions do not limit rights expressly permitted by applicable law or open-source licenses.
9. Optional paid features and third parties
Free includes one profile, default categories plus five custom categories and one budget for the current month. Premium includes unlimited profiles, categories and budgets, templates, recurring transactions and PDF export. Cloud file backup remains pending storage activation; record sync and local backups are separate. UAE prices are AED 5.99 monthly, AED 44.99 annually and AED 71.99 lifetime. Google Play shows the final local price and applicable taxes before payment. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled through Google Play; uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for the lifetime of the Budget360 service, not a promise of perpetual service. Purchases use Google Play; Premium starts only after server verification. Existing records remain readable if Premium expires. Store purchase/refund rules and mandatory consumer rights apply. These terms authorize no charge. External providers have their own terms and privacy practices.
10. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of error-free extraction, forecasts or uninterrupted service. You are responsible for checking information before making financial decisions. Any exclusion or limitation applies only where lawful. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights concerning fraud, deliberate misconduct or mandatory consumer guarantees.
11. Changes and ending use
You may stop using Budget360 at any time. Stopping or uninstalling does not cancel a store subscription; use the relevant store controls if a subscription is active. Material changes to these terms will be identified by a new version and presented for acceptance before continued use. They do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Export needed records before ending use.
12. Applicable rights
Applicable mandatory law, including consumer protections in your country of residence where required, continues to apply. These terms do not require you to waive lawful complaints, remedies or access to competent courts. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful.
